Supported independent living (SIL)
We are dedicated to helping you find a nurturing space where you can cultivate and expand your independent skills. Our homes are carefully chosen with our participants in mind. We will offer you a home fitted with modern, classy, and high-quality furnishing. If we can’t live in it, we won’t offer it!
Short term accommodation (STA)
Enjoy your short-term stay in our modern, classy, and high-quality furnished homes receiving exceptional, professional, and high-quality care services while your carer gets an opportunity to unwind, rejuvenate their spirits and take care of their own wellbeing.
Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
Our MTA services are tailored to offer you Comfort, Stability, and Growth while preparing you for your long-term accommodation. We offer our participants a comfortable and supportive stay at our modern and classy where they can thrive and build a foundation for their future. We want to make comfortable your wait!
In-home supports
Nawiri care services will work with you to access daily living supports that you need at the comfort of your home. Our services are person centred and will be custom made to meet your daily needs.
Community Participation
Nawiri Care understands the significance of social connections and community engagement in enriching lives. We will work with you to design a community participation framework that outlines various activities and supports that are responsive to your needs.
Community & High care nursing services
We provide exceptional and professional community and high care nursing Care services that prioritize your well-being, dignity, and individual needs.Our high care nursing service is designed to support participants who have higher level needs, often due to disability, chronic conditions, illness or even accidents. We have qualified registered nurses, enrolled nurses and trained staff that have experience in a vast range of complex care services.
Mentoring and Personal skills development
At Nawiri Care Services, we are committed to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds, including CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse), Aboriginal communities, and other underrepresented groups. We provide tailored NDIS services, mentorship, and self-development support to help participants achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
